Terms of Service

1. The service

Referable provides software that lets you create referral and affiliate programs for your app, track referrals and revenue, and manage rewards. The service includes the Referable dashboard, the Referable MCP connection for Lovable, tracking endpoints and payout integrations.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and workspace.
• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Referable.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the referral programs you create, including the rewards and offers you promise to referrers and their friends.
• You must comply with applicable law, including consumer protection, marketing, privacy and tax rules that apply to referral incentives in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use Referable for spam, deceptive marketing, self-referral fraud or any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for telling your users that your app uses referral tracking, where required.

4. Rewards and payouts

Referable calculates and records rewards based on your program rules, but you remain responsible for fulfilling them. Cash payouts are sent through third-party providers such as Tremendous; their own terms apply to those payouts, and you are responsible for maintaining a funded balance and valid templates with those providers.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to probe or disrupt the service, access another workspace’s data, reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law, or use the service to store or transmit malicious code. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of your workspace data. You grant us the rights needed to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Referable available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may improve or change features over time; if we make a change that materially reduces the service, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Referable is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Referable and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
